Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve reliability by increasing multiplexing degree and processing to correct an error of data. CONSTITUTION:Outputs of input circuits 4a-4c are supplied to computers 2a- 2c, whose calculated results are outputted through a selecting circuit 3. The computers 2a-2c correct errors of the corresponding input circuits 4a-4c individually. Namely, input data and correcting voltages such values that offset voltages of the input circuits 4a-4c are canceled are summed up by addition processing 6 and the result of the addition processing 6 is multiplied by correcting voltages having such values that gain errors of the input circuits 4a-4c are canceled by multiplication processing 7 to obtain corrected data.
