PURPOSE: To realize easily miniaturization and light weight, by winding a tracking drive controlling coil and a focus drive controlling coil around one bobbin, using the bobbin in common, and using a tracking drive controlling permanent magnet and a focus drive controlling magnet in common by conbining both.

CONSTITUTION: In a figure, 10 is an objective lens, 11 is a lens barrel incorporating and fixing the lens 10 concentrically, and 12 is a square and cylindrical bobbin inserted and fixed on the outer circumference of the barrel 11 coaxially, and the 1st coil 13 and the 2nd coil 14 are wounded around the bobbin with the steps described later. In a figure, 15 is a magnetic circuit assembly arranged fixedly around the bobbin 12. The bobbin 12 is a nonmagnetic substance product made of thin paper or plastic moldings. The magnetic circuit assembly 15 consists of a split yoke 16 and a couple of permanent magnets 17, 17. As the yoke 16, upper/lower two-split construction is used to make the assembling easy.
