PURPOSE: To eliminate unstable operating state of a tape run mechanism, by providing a changeover switch for a control circuit so that a predetermined tape run mechanism only gives a prescribed operating state at all times.
CONSTITUTION: For example, a capacitor 30 is inserted to a switching circuit 27 of a circuit system 1 to provide a time delay for the transit operation from ON to OFF of the switching circuit 27 and the 2nd circuit system 2 is transferred to non-operating state before the 1st circuit system 1. Thus, when the two tape run mechanisms are simultaneously operated, if a changeover switch 34 is selected to the fixed contact (b), the 1st tape run mechanism only keeps the operating state without fail. Then, such an unstable state under which it is not clear which mechanism remains out of the two tape run mechanism, can be eliminated.
