Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable to readily contact and mount a thin plate for a can without exerting a strain to the can by pressing the thin plate on the inner peripheral surface of a stator core, energizing by DC by utilizing a stator coil and welding the plate in the state magnetically attracted to and contacted with the inner peripheral surface of the core. CONSTITUTION:The starting end 3S of a rectangular thin plate 3a made of a magnetic material for a can is pressed to the inner peripheral surface of the tooth end 4 of a stator core 1, a DC voltage is applied to the terminal 7 of a stator coil 2 corresponding to the pressed part, is energized by DC, and the end 3S of the plate 3a is attracted to and contacted with the teeth end 4 of the core 1. Then, the plate 3a is pressed in the inner circumferential direction, is contacted with the inner peripheral surface of the core 1 by circulating the inner peripheral surface of the core 1 while energizing by DC the terminals 8, 9... of the coil 2 corresponding to the plate 3a, and is welded in this state. In this manner, can can be readily mounted without imparting a strain to the can.
