Nearly simultaneously, the cylindrical molding rod 15 of the device 13 packing the ingredient squeezes out the cup-shaped food pastry on the product conveyor 16 by the molding head 20. The disc 33 for keeping the cup shape of the food pastry maintains the cup shape, the ingredient 41 is extruded from the cylindrical molding rod 15 to the interior of the cup- shaped food pastry 32, and it is packed with the ingredient. The pressing disc 35 is rotated on the conveyor surface, and the cup-shaped food pastry 32 is pressed into a shape of Gyoza (a fried dumpling stuffed with minced pork). Nearly simultaneously, the cup-shaped food pastry 32 is sealed by the sandwiching and pressing disc 36.
