Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize lower frequency drive without increased diameter of a diaphragm, by supporting the diaphragm with a plurality of bellows.
CONSTITUTION: A diaphragm 1 is freely supported with a plurality of bellows 11 and 12 to a support frame 7. Thus, the support stiffness can be made very small. When the support stiffness is small, the diaphragm 1 performs piston movement with a smaller diameter of the diaphragm 1 in comparison with the wavelength. Thus, since the entire diaphragm 1 can freely be oscillated, low frequency drive can be realized without increased diameter of the diaphragm 1.
