PURPOSE: To avoid the reduction of the video information quantity and at the same time to ensure the accurate reproduction of data when the program digital data and the information which receives an access from said digital data are recorded to a video disk itself, by using a sound recording band.

CONSTITUTION: A program is recorded on several recording lines at the outer circumference of a video disk in order to give an access to the video disk. In other words, the program data is delivered from a data producer 22 and transmitted by a prescribed number of bits synchronously with the vertical synchronizing signal of a synchronizing signal generator 13 in the period from a vertical synchronizing signal to the next one. Then the program data is converted into a sound signal band by a D/A converting circuit 24 and recorded as a sound signal through a sound FM circuit 19 of one side.
