PURPOSE: To prevent clogging of an outlet port by hardening after mixing a main agent and a hardening agent at the tip of a nozzle of three division type.

CONSTITUTION: This is made up of a polygonal central piece 18 that has an angular part 17 made by intersection of left and right slanted faces 15, 16 and left and right pieces 21, 22 that make face contact with the left and right slanted faces 15, 16. Out of contact face between the left slanted face 15 and left piece 21 and contact face between the right slanted face and right piece 22, a main agent supply passage 23 and a main agent leading groove 24 formed from the passage 23 to the tip 17a of the angular part 17 are provided between one contact face, and a hardening agent supply passage 25 and a hardening agent leading groove 26 formed from the passage 25 to the tip 17a are provided between another contact face. They are provided in bilaterla symmetry and the grooves 24, 26 intersect at the tip 17a of the angular part 17 opening to outside. Accordingly, mixing and hardening of a main agent and a hardening agent do not take place during cessation of operation.
