Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by controlling a refrigerator according to a signal for showing whether primary heat medium temperature is low enough for secondary heat medium cooling or not, and thus raising the temperature of cooling water while reducing the capacity of the refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:The temperature of the cooling water cooled in a refrigerator 1 is detected by a cooling water temperature regulator 2, which sends a signal for an increase or decrease in the capacity of the refrigerator to the capacity regulator 3 of the refrigerator. The exit temperature of cooling wind, on the other hand, is detected by a cooling wind temperature regulator 5 and when the temperature is low enough, the amount of the cooling water passing through a heat exchanger 4 is reduced. The operation angle of a three-way valve driving motor 6 indicates the position of a three-way valve 7, i.e. the amount of the cooling water flowing through a by-pass flow passage 10, and its by-pass flow rate signal is supplied to the capacity regulator 3 to regulate the capacity.
