PURPOSE: To obtain a CMOS device where analog circuit and digtal circuit are placed on a chip and stable amplification is carried out by supplying a substrate voltage of IC independently of an operation power supply.
CONSTITUTION: A power source is supplied only to an analog circuit 9 and a digital circuit 10 through lead wires 4∼7. On the other hand, a substrate voltage is supplied to an Al lead 8 through a hanging lead 3. In this structure, a substrate voltage depends only on stability of supply voltage because it is used only for giving a voltage without allowing a current to flow. Therefore, when a stable voltage is supplied from an external circuit, an influence on amplifier by noise generated from the digital circuit is reduced and stable amplification is carried out even if an amplifier having high amplification factor, digital circuit and analog circuit are mounted on the same chip.
