CONSTITUTION: A magnetic layer consisting mainly of a magnetic powder and a binder contains an org. cilicone compd. represented by the formula (R1, R2 are -CH3 or -R3NO2, R3 is 1W26C hydrocarbon group, and n1, n2 are each an integer shown as follows: 0≤n1<1,000, 1≤n2<500, n1+n2≤1,000) having polar groups represented by -R3NO2 superiod in compatibility with the binder, on the main chain or on the main chain and at both its ends.
