Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make the structure simple and reduce size by supplying pressure oil to the first chamber out of the first and second chambers divided by a piston head and communicating the second chamber to an oil tank with a passage that is used as a throttle valve, and providing a piston returning spring. CONSTITUTION:This oil pressure puncher supplies pressure oil from an oil tank 16 to a cylinder 18, and makes punching with a punch at the tip of a piston 19 moving the piston in the cylinder 18. Out of the first and second chambers 22, 23, divided by a piston head 20, the first chamber 22 is so made that pressure oil can be fed to it. At the same time, the second chamber 23 is communicated always to the oil tank 16 through a passage 32 that also works as a throttle valve. The second chamber 23 is filled with pressure oil, and a spring 34 for returning the piston is provided in the second chamber 23.
