Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform stable insertion and ensure security by constituting a forming roll in such a way that a small forming roll rotates continuously at all times along the inner peripheral face of a large diameter forming roll. CONSTITUTION:A material plate (a) is sent in by a material plate feeding mechanism between the inner peripheral face of a continuously rotating drum 4, and peripheral face of a rotating cylinder 15 when one 21 of thick parts 21, 21 of inner peripheral face comes just above the rotating cylinder 15. The tip of the plate (a) is led by a controlling board 16 along the peripheral face of the rotating cylinder 15, and pressure contacted between inner face of the thick part 21 and peripheral face of the rotating cylinder 15 until the thick part 21 passes, and wound on the rotating cylinder through highspeed rotation of the rotating cylinder 15. When the thick part 21 passes and this part 22 arrives, the plate worked into a cylindrical form becomes a state of insertion into the rotating cylinder 15. A taking out claw 18 is slid through a work extruding mechanism, and the work worked into cylindrical form is extruded from the rotating cylinder 15.
