Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled beautiful appearance solid supplies by framing the periphery of an article to be ornamented by a frame consisting of an extruding material and forming a frill section on the outer circumference of the frame by the meandering stacking of another extruding material while forming a holding section by the bent body of the extruding material. CONSTITUTION:The thermoplastic resin extruding material 30 is extruded and suspended continuously from an extruding machine A while a die C is moved bilaterally, and said extruding material 30 is stacked on the outer circumference of the frame 1 under a meandering state, thus forming the frill section 3. The bent body 32 of the extruding material 30 is projected in the central direction from the fringe of the frame 1 to form the holding section 31, and extrusion is stopped. A metallic plate (D) is placed on the die (C), cooled by air and left as it is, the die (C) is removed, and the article to be ornamented 2 is placed on said frame 1. Said extruding material 30 is extruded and suspended, the metallic plate (D) is vibrated bilaterally, the extruding material is stacked along the fringe of said article to be ornamented 2 while the bent body 32 is projected in the central direction from the fringe of the article to be orramented 2 to form the holding section 31, and the article to be ornamented 2 is held integrally by the holding section 31, thus obtaining the desired supplies.
