Abstract:
PURPOSE:To ensure to detect the revolving speed independently of the types of picture, by providing through hole on the filter disc and obtaining timing pulse corresponding to the revolving speed of the filter disc from video signal. CONSTITUTION:The through hole section 1d is respectively placed at the part addacent to the notch 1b of the filter disc 1. The section 1d can be sufficiently transmitted through the light of the lamp 2 via the color original 3 and consists of the plate of a given concentration such as gray scale. The video signal outputted from the black-and-white TV camera 4 has the video signal having the level more than detection level at the period TW of the video signal corresponding to the section 1d. That is, the discrimination of this video signal with the clip circuit 8 allows to obtain the revolving timing pulse being the period of correspondence to the revolving speed of the disc 1. Further, since the disc 1 has the through hole section 1d in the distance of 120 deg., in recording based on the pulse obtained at the circuit 8, no inconvenience to the video signal recorded, that is, picture is given.
