PURPOSE: To improve storage density by forming a thin soft magntic film pattern on a magnetic babble crystal to make said pattern partially overlap with a non-magnetic material pattern 2 and to make an edge part magnetically discontinuous.

CONSTITUTION: A soft magnetic film pattern 3 of "Permalloy" etc. to be a babble transfer path for a non-magnetic material pattern 2 is formed to overlap on a magnetic babble crystal 1. The pattern 2 creates a level difference in a soft magnetic filter pattern 3 and also causes magnetic discontinuity in an edge part 4, by which the pattern 3 becomes as if it were a half disk pattern and can transfer the babble, thereby allowing the soft magnetic film pattern to be in a simple shape and realizing high density.
