Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease drawing depth, and to elevate yield of a material, by positioning a work by a positioning member of a rubber compound elastic body provided in the vicinity of a punch side scrap cutter. CONSTITUTION:A panel-like work W is placed on a punch 2, and the work W is positioned against the punch 2 by a positioning member 10 consisting of a rubber- based elastic body provided in a space S of each punch side scrap cutter 9. A punch holder descends, a die presses the work W, and by shearing action based on co-operation of a sectional die 7 and the punch 2, a flange part F containing a drawing wall part D is trimmed. Immediately after that, the punch 2 and the sectional die 7 are engaged with each other, and by its engaging amount l2, the positioning member 10 is bent. In this way, at the almost same time as the trimming working, the flange part F is divided finely by the scrap cutters 8, 9.
