Abstract:
A sanitary towel has an adhesive layer (7) on a water-impermeable layer (4) on its side facing away from the body, on which adhesive layer an adhesive layer (7) with a stuck-on plastic foam layer (8) is arranged as a fixing means for fixing the towel to underwear. In the fixing region the plastic foam layer (8) has a multitude of openings (9) at which the adhesive layer (7) is exposed.
