Abstract:
The food processor includes a thyristor(29) which connects the processor motor(19) with AC power supply. A pulse generator(30) shapes and frequency-divides the supply voltage waveform to produce count pulses(Pc) at a repetition frequency of one heltz. These are counted by an up-counter(35) following actuating of a manual set switch (33) gated through an AND gate(34). The resulting count(Sn) is displayed on a four-digit LED display (3P). A start switch(44) is energised at a set time of a timer and passes a signal to a transfer gate(45) which passes pulses from the up-counter to count down the valve stored in a down-counter which corresponds to the count(Sn).
