Abstract:
ゴム状弾性体製の第一リップシール部材およびバックアップリングとともに保持環の内周に組み付けられる樹脂製の第二リップシール部材を強固に固定する。この目的を達成するため、第二リップシール部材およびバックアップリングに、バックアップリングに設けた突起部がカシメ荷重により第二リップシール部材に食い込んで係合する固定構造が設けられている。また、バックアップリングおよび保持環に、環状のカシメ部の円周上一部がカシメ荷重により、バックアップリングに設けた切溝に押し込められて係合する第二固定構造が設けられている。
