Abstract:
アルカリ条件下での安定性に優れる、有用な眼内レンズ用材料ポリマーのための重合性紫外線吸収色素モノマーを提供する。下記一般式（１）で表される化合物を、眼内レンズ用材料ポリマーのための重合性紫外線吸収性モノマーとする。（一般式（１）中、Ｒ1は、水素原子、ヒドロキシ基、カルボキシ基、炭素数１〜８のアルキル基、炭素数１〜８のアルコキシ基、スルホン酸基またはベンジルオキシ基であり、Ｒ2は水素原子、ヒドロキシ基、または炭素数１〜４のアルコキシ基であり、Ｒ3は、下記式（２）で表される。）（一般式（２）中、Ｒ4は水素原子またはメチル基である。また、Ｒ5は単結合又は置換基を有していてもよい炭素数１〜４のアルキレン基である。）
