Abstract:
本発明は、次の工程を有する動物細胞ゲノム部位特異的外来ＤＮＡ挿入方法である。（１）０．１ｋｂｐ〜１０ｋｂｐの外来ＤＮＡの上流及び下流に、ゲノム上の挿入を行う部位と相同な配列を有する１００ｂｐ〜３００ｂｐのＤＮＡを結合したドナープラスミドを作成する工程。（２）得られたドナープラスミドを用いた相同組換え修復によるゲノム編集法により、ゲノムの目的とする部位に０．１ｋｂｐ〜１０ｋｂｐの外来ＤＮＡを挿入する工程。
