Abstract:
本発明は、哺乳動物の毛包組織と類似し、規則的且つ高密度の再生毛包原基の集合体を簡便に製造する方法を提供する。本発明の再生毛包原基の集合体の製造方法は、規則的な配置の微小凹部からなるマイクロ凹版に、間葉系細胞及び上皮系細胞を播種し、酸素を供給しながら混合培養することにより、毛包原基を形成させる工程を備える。
