Abstract:
本発明は、間葉系幹細胞を含む細胞医薬とその製造方法に関する。より詳細には、間葉系幹細胞を含む細胞医薬であって、ａ）前記間葉系幹細胞が炎症性サイトカインの刺激によりCX3CL1を発現するものである、及び／又はｂ）前記間葉系幹細胞の90％以上がEGFR及び／又はITGA4を発現しているものである細胞医薬、ならびに、間葉系幹細胞を含む細胞医薬の製造方法であって、ａ）間葉系幹細胞を含む培養物に炎症性サイトカインを添加し、間葉系幹細胞がCX3CL1を発現していることを確認する工程、及び／又は、ｂ）間葉系幹細胞の90％以上がEGFR及び／又はITGA4を発現していることを確認する工程を含む方法に関する。
