Abstract:
The present invention is a particulate matter which contains, as a constituent unit, fine polymer particles (A), each having a graft part and being formed of a polymer that contains a constituent unit derived from one or more monomers that are selected from the group consisting of aromatic vinyl monomers, vinyl cyan monomers and (meth)acrylate monomers, and which has a halogen element content of 500 ppm or less.
