Abstract:
A component supply carriage 8 is used to supply components to a tape feeder 4 of a component mounting machine 1. The component supply carriage 8 has a plurality of unit slots 831 corresponding to a plurality of tape feeders 4. The component supply carriage 8 is mounted to a component supply unit 25 of the component mounting machine 1, whereby it becomes possible to perform bulk supply where component feeding tapes TP being held in unit slots 831 respectively corresponding to a plurality of tape feeders 4 to be supplied are mounted in bulk to mounting locations 441 of the plurality of tape feeders 4. Particularly, based on a production plan, a supply list T indicating the component feeding tapes TP to be held in the unit slots 831 of the component supply carriage 8 is calculated in preparation for bulk supply. Accordingly, in tandem with the mounting of components being performed by the component mounting machine 1, it is possible to prepare the component feeding tapes TP on the component supply carriage 8 on the basis of the production plan, execute bulk supply at the time when supply is required, and supply the component feeding tapes TP to a plurality of tape feeders 4 to be supplied.
