Abstract:
A nursing home assistance device that increases the number of visitors to a nursing home by giving points to visitors to the nursing home, and that simultaneously improves the capabilities of the nursing home and staff thereof by having the visitors evaluate the nursing home and the staff, wherein the nursing home assistance device comprises: a visitor designation unit which accepts, from a resident of the nursing home, the designation of a visitor to the nursing home; a visit booking unit which accepts a booking for a visit by the visitor that has been accepted by the visitor designation unit; a point giving unit which gives points to the visitor who has been accepted by the visit booking unit; and an evaluation accepting unit which accepts the input of an evaluation made about the nursing home by the visitor, said point giving unit giving additional points to the visitor when the evaluation accepting unit has accepted the evaluation from the visitor.
