Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide technology with which it is possible, when sharing information between vehicles, to limit information sharing to only information that an occupant in each vehicle wants to share. A communication control device according to the present disclosure comprises: a request unit (11) that creates a friend request containing first profile information in which an occupant of a subject vehicle indicates shared information content; a communication unit (12) that communicates the friend request and response information in response to the friend request with another communication control device in a nearby vehicle; an approval unit (13) that creates response information indicating that a friend request received by the communication unit (12) from the other communication control device was approved or was not approved; and a permission unit (14) that sets the vehicle that transmitted the friend request that was approved by the approval unit (13) and the vehicle that transmitted the response information indicating approval to be friend vehicles, and permits shared information to be transmitted and received between the information sharing device (21) of the subject vehicle and the information sharing device (21) of the friend vehicle.
