Abstract:
A steel sheet in which: the chemical composition includes, in terms of mass%, 0.040-0.160% of C, 0.01-0.50% of Si, 0.70-2.50% of Mn, 0.030% or less of P, 0.020% of less of S, 0.001-0.100% of Al, 0.0010-0.0080% of N, and 0.003-0.050% of Nb, the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities; the metal structure at a 1/4t position in a C-shaped cross-section includes 80 area% of more of bainite; the average longitudinal-direction length of bainitic ferrite constituting the bainite is 10 μm or less; the average thickness-direction length of old austenite grains at a 1/4t position in an L-shaped cross-section is 20 μm or less; the average aspect ratio is 2.5 or greater; the area ratio of {110} at a 1/10t position is 30-60%; the area ratio of {110} at a 1/4t position is 10-40%; and the area ratio of {110} at a 1/2t position is 40-70%.
