Abstract:
Provided is an image processing device which can recognize a distant subject with high accuracy when performing image processing on a photographed image. The image processing device comprises: an image acquiring means for acquiring an image captured by an imaging device; a first processing means for performing first image processing on the image; a distant specifying means for specifying a distant portion of the image; a second processing means for performing, on the distant portion of the image, second image processing differing from the first image processing; and an outputting means for performing output that is based on a processing result of the first image processing and a processing result of the second image processing.
