Abstract:
The present invention enables a user who has an intention to offer his or her seat to easily find a user who wants to have a seat. A first terminal device (20) is used by a first user who is sitting on a seat of a mobile object. A second terminal device (30) is used by a second user who wants to sit on a seat in the mobile object. A detection means (31) detects the first terminal device (20) existing within a predetermined distance from the second terminal device (30). An information transmission means (32) transmits predetermined information relating to the second user and including information on the appearance of the second user to the detected first terminal device (20). A reception means (21) receives predetermined information relating to the second user. A notification means (22) notifies the first user of the fact that there is a person who wants to have a seat and the information on the appearance of the second user.
