The electronic device (100) comprises a circuit substrate (1), an insulating plate (2), a housing (3), and an insulated support material (4). The circuit substrate (1) includes an electrically conductive member (12), a first surface (1a), and a second surface (1b). The electrically conductive member (12) is disposed on the first surface (1a). The second surface (1b) is opposite the first surface (1a). The insulating plate (2) is disposed on a side opposite to the first surface (1a) with respect to the second surface (1b). The housing (3) has electrical conductivity. The housing (3) is in contact with the insulating plate (2) on a side opposite to the circuit substrate (1) with respect to the insulating plate (2). The insulated support material (4) supports the circuit substrate (1) on the insulating plate (2). The insulated support material (4) is electrically insulated from the housing (3). The second surface (1b) of the circuit substrate (1) is spaced apart from the insulating plate (2) due to the insulated support material (4).
