The present invention provides a water permeable sheet 10 which is provided between a formwork F for concrete casting and a ready-mixed concrete C that is filled into the formwork F, and which comprises a first layer 11 that is in contact with the ready-mixed concrete C, while being configured from a woven fabric. The first layer 11 has water repellency.
