Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology for making it possible to assess a project appropriately. This project assessment apparatus comprises: a document analysis unit that calculates a first similarity rate on the basis of documents; a source code analysis unit that calculates a first appropriation rate on the basis of source codes; and an assessment unit. The assessment unit assesses an assessment target project on the basis of a result of associating a second similarity rate and a second appropriation rate with at least one of the first similarity rate and the first appropriation rate.
