Abstract:
A water vapor observation device 100 of the present invention comprises: a storage unit 121 that stores water vapor mapping information mapping a feature value, of a predetermined point on a captured image pre-captured from above, to water vapor information, which is information based on a pre-measured water vapor value for each predetermined height position at the predetermined point; an acquisition unit 122 that acquires a new water vapor value at the predetermined point which is measured on the basis of a reception signal from a satellite; an extraction unit 123 that extracts a new feature value at the predetermined point from a new captured image newly captured from above; and a calculation unit 124 that calculates the water vapor value for each predetermined height position at the predetermined point on the basis of the new water vapor value, the new feature value, and the water vapor mapping information.
