Abstract:
A precast building panel (1) used for roofs and walls comprising a filler material (3) which sets around reinforcing mesh, at least one conduit pipe (6), at least one prestressed cable (5) and a planar lining member (7) and with a corrugated outer cladding (2) and a removable resilient frame. Lifting devices (10) may also be set in the filler (3) and the panel (1) may have complementary mating ribs on the edge, and with the outer cladding (2) overhanging by at least one corrugation to mate with adjacent panels (1), and the filler (3) is aerated concrete.
