Abstract:
A transport container capable of being assembled and disassembled simply and speedily without using tools, and piled in a plurality of stages, and having a high strength at important portions thereof. Metal grip members (3) are fixed to four peripheral portions of a square floor member (1), and lower frame members (12) to lower ends of four square panels (10). The panels (10) are set up one by one on the peripheral portions of the floor member (1) by engaging the lower frame members (12) with the corresponding metal grip members (3). The corner portions of the erected and orthogonally crossing adjacent panels (10) are formed by engaging support posts of hollow steel plates, which are provided at both ends of the panels (10), with each other, and the resultant corner portions are reinforced with metal corner members (30).
