Abstract:
Test equipment for testing a device to be tested comprises a plurality of test modules for testing the device to be tested by transmitting signals to/from the device, and a control section for controlling the plurality of test modules. Each test module has a test section for transmitting signals to/from the device to be tested, and a self-diagnosis section for diagnosing operation of the test section based on given diagnosis data. The control section supplies the diagnosis data at the same time to self-diagnosis sections setting identical diagnosis data, and supplies the diagnosis data sequentially to self-diagnosis sections setting different diagnosis data.
