Abstract:
An oil immersed solenoid, wherein the oil immersed solenoid is configured such that air or bubbles mixed in oil in a space in which a movable core is housed can be relatively easily removed in a short time and that air is not retained in the space.
An oil immersed solenoid (11) configured such that a movable core (4) is housed in a space (6) in a tubular second guide (20) so as to be movable in the direction of the axis of the second guide (20) and that the movable core (4) is attracted to a fixed magnetic pole section (3) mounted spaced away from the front end of the second guide (20). An air retention preventing section (68) is provided between the front end of the second guide (20) and a projection (67) at the rear end of the fixed magnetic pole section (3). The second guide (20) consists of a magnetic material, and the air retention preventing section (68) consists of a non-magnetic material.
