Abstract:

A method, device and system for information transmitting and obtaining are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention, which is in the field of communications and to resolve the problem caused by the fact that user equipment (UE) can not judge whether the information transmitted in the time-frequency resource blocks is pilot measurement information, causing the signal quality detection of the adjacent cell by the UE to be inaccurate. The technical solution provided in the present invention includes the following steps: obtaining the antenna configuration information of the adjacent cell; transmitting a message which carries the antenna configuration information of the adjacent cell to the UE. The embodiments of the present invention can be applied to wireless communication networks.
