Abstract:
Disclosed is a base for producing an oriented carbon nanotube aggregate, which is used for producing an oriented carbon nanotube aggregate on the surface. The base for producing an oriented carbon nanotube aggregate comprises a metal substrate and carburization-preventing layers which are respectively formed on the front surface and back surface of the metal base.
