Abstract:
This washer/dryer is provided with: a water tank (2) that is supported within a casing (1) and that has an air supply opening and an air discharge opening (15) for dryer air; a drum; a motor (10) that drives the drum; a blowing duct (16) joined/connected to the water tank (2); a heat pump device of which an evaporator (21) and a condenser are disposed within the blowing duct (16); and a blower having a blowing fan that blows dryer air. Also, the configuration is such that the motor (10) and the heat pump device are disposed spaced to the left and right of a vertical line passing through the rotational axis of the drum, the motor (10) is disposed below and to the back within the casing (1), and the heat pump device is disposed below and to the front within the casing (1). As a result, the height of the casing (1) is reduced, causing increased compactness, and vibrations are reduced.
