Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formulaI(R1WR3 are lower alkyl; R4 is H or alkyl; R5 is alkyl, acyl or aroyl; Y is H or sulfonyl; Z is H, Cl, etc.).
EXAMPLE: 1-( 4-Acetylaminophenyl )-2-methanesulfonyloxy-1-propanone dimethylacetal.
USE: Raw material for the preparation of antiphlogistic, analgesic and antipyretic agent and its intermediate.
PROCESS: A compound of formulaIwherein Y=H and R1=R2 is prepared by reacting the compound of formula II with the compound of formula R1OM (M is alkali metal) in the presence of the corresponding alcohol (R1OH). The compound of formula R1OM is esp. pref. sodium alkoxide, and its amount is ≥1mol, pref. 1.5W3mol per 1mol of the compound of formula II.
