Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniaxial actuator device which adjusts tension of a timing belt with a compact structure and is fixed to a fixed position on a steady basis.SOLUTION: A uniaxial actuator 10 has a slide table 11 and a slide table moving structure for moving the slide table 11. The slide table moving structure is formed by combining a ball screw mechanism 20 and a linear motion guide mechanism 30. A tension regulation unit 50 for regulating tension of the timing belt 43 is provided between a motor 2 and the uniaxial actuator 10. The tension regulation unit 50 has: a spring 53 which regulates the tension of the timing belt 43; a positioning block 51 for positioning the spring 53; and a regulation block 56.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
