Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a 1 boiler/2 circuits type heat exchanger which eliminates bumping or the like in a sub water passing circuit even in a signal application of a main water passing circuit.
CONSTITUTION: In this 1 boiler/2 circuits water passing circuit, pipes 31 and 32 for heat exchange of two different water passing circuits are so arranged to make a vertical pipe pair 30 while the pipe pair 30 is made to pierce fin plates 20 arranged in plurality being aligned at an upper part in a boiling body 10 zigzag in a plurality of stages. In the pipe pair 30, the pipes for heat exchange of the water passing circuit with a larger necessary heating value are set as lower pipes 31 near flame while the pipes for heat exchange of the water passing circuit with a smaller necessary heating value is set as upper pipe 32 far from the flame. At the same time, a member 40 such as turbulent coil or cut erected plate is inserted into all of the lower pipes 31 separately to block a rapid movement of water. As for the upper pipes 32, the member 40 is mounted only in the upper pipes 32 of the pipe pair 30 at the upper most stage to block the rapid movement of the water.
