Abstract:
To provide a single glass substrate projection type touch switch panel which can eliminate unsatisfactory connection that tends to be caused at a connection part of an electrode terminal and an FPC circuit part.SOLUTION: A touch switch panel according to the present invention has a first wiring formed of a metal thin film formed on a glass substrate, an insulating layer formed on an upper surface of the first wiring, and a second wiring formed on an upper surface of the insulating layer. A plurality of electrode terminals B drawn from the second wiring are formed so as to each have a step equal to thickness of the insulating layer as compared with a plurality of electrode terminals A drawn from the first wiring. The electrode terminals A and the electrode terminals B, with the step, are connected to an external connection circuit through an anisotropic conductive layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
