PURPOSE: To provide a 12-phase transformer-rectifier device which needs a smaller floor space and comprises parts each having its size and weight allowable for transportation.
CONSTITUTION: Rectifiers 43 and 44 are mounted on 6-phase rectifier transformers 41 and 42, whereby a 12-phase transformer-rectifier device 130 requires a smaller floor space and can be installed in a narrow space. The 6-phase rectifier transformers and rectifiers can be separately transported, so that a transportation unit can be lessened in dimension and weight. A common duct 45 which links the 6-phase rectifier transformers 41 and 42 is provided in a detachable manner, and a low voltage lead 421 is arranged inside the common duct 45, whereby a low voltage lead can be easily connected between the 6-phase rectifier transformer and the rectifier, and a common duct is detached in transit, and a rectifier transformer and a rectifier are separately transported, so that a 12-phase transformer-rectifier device has no problem with transportation.
