Abstract:
To provide a 2-amidonaphthol coupler which achieves satisfactory coloring by an oxidative coupling reaction and is excellent in storage stability, to provide a silver halide photographic sensitive material which forms an image of high coloring density using the coupler and a color developing agent and to provide an image forming method (particularly a diffusion transfer color image forming method).
A specified 2-amidonaphthol coupler, a silver halide color photographic sensitive material using the coupler and an image forming method using the sensitive material are provided.
