Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject new compound useful as an antiviral agent having high safety.
CONSTITUTION: A compound expressed by formula I (R1 to R3 are OH-protecting groups; X is reactive substituent group). This compound expressed by formula I is obtained by reacting a compound expressed by formula II (R1 to R3 and X are those described above) with 2,6-diaminopurine, providing a compound expressed by formula III and then releasing the protecting groups of the hydroxyl groups at the 2'-, 3'- and 6'-positions.
