Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxial hinge that is useful for a heavy door requiring high sealability such as a sound-proof door, a water-stop door, etc.SOLUTION: Setting is established so as to: fix a first and second base blocks (Bu1), (Bd1), (Bu2), (Bd2) in a state where a slide piece (30) is stored inside a slide piece storage room (R) on a fitting surface (Fs) on the door frame (F) side and a fitting surface(Ds) on the door (D) side, respectively; insert a first and second cover cases (Cu1), (Cu2), (Cd1), (Cd2) in a state where a first and second pivots (P1), (P2) are born over the first and second base blocks from the front side to make the first and second cover cases cover and fit the first and second base blocks; and screw pulling operation screws (S) for fixing the first and second cover cases into slide pieces from the cover cases along the fitting surfaces (Fs), (Ds) before rotating operation to pull the first and second cover cases to the fitting surfaces (Fs), (Ds) together with the operation screws and make the first and second cover cases adhere to the fitting surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
